Rain has helf off, atleast for the moment, so all matches will be played as scheduled.  All 8am matches report at 7:30.  We hope to start right at 8am

Draws: Some draws have changed along with match times.  Please look over carefully and report atleast a half hour before your match time.

Weather:  There is a 30% chance of rain forecast for the morning.  We will plan on playing outdoors.  If we have to move indoors,  there will be delays and some match times will change.  I will have another update at 7am tomorrow morning.

Practice Courts:  The club will open at 7am for practice/warmup.  If we have to play indoors, there will be no court available after 7:45.  If we play outdoors, there will be limited courts available throughout the day.

No Matches Friday:  There will be no matches Friday. 

Inclement Weather:  There is a 70% chance of rain forecast for Saturday.  In case of rain we will play indoors, but the match schedule and times will change.  Please check the draws Friday evening for updated match times.

Age Eligibility:

    *      8 & Under - Born on or after January 1st, 2003
    *      9 & Under - Born on or after January 1st, 2002
    *      10 & Under - Born on or after January 1st, 2001
    *      11 & Under - Born on or after January 1st, 2000

Entry:ÂDeadline Extended to midnight, Tuesday, May 10th, 2011.  Please click on the Register tab above to enter online.  Entry fee of $60 must be paid online before entry is accepted.

This tournament will be governed by USTA rules & regulations, however the tournament is not sanctioned by the USTA.

All age divisions will be using regular balls and be playing on a full-size court.

Players are responsible for finding out playing times.  First match times will be available on this website on May 10th.  Matches will start on Friday May 13th at 4pm.  Last match on Sunday May 15th at 1pm.Â

Players must be ready to play 15 minutes prior to their first match.  The 15 minute default‖ rule will be in effect.

The draw for each event may need to be limited to 32 entrants.  Selections and seeding will be based on Sectional results, rankings, playing experience and win-loss record.

Warm-up will be limited to 5 minutes, including serves.Each player may enter only one event.

Matches for 9, 10, and 11 year olds will be best two out of three sets with a set tie breaker at six-all.  A match tiebreaker may be used in lieu of a third set if necessary.  Matches for the 8 year olds will be two tie-break sets and a match tie-breaker for the third set.  Please check the tournament desk prior to your match for format of play.

Awards will be presented to winners and runners-up in each age division and also to the consolation winners and runners-up.
